Bowlr's online calendar system lets your members and admin team quickly check the rink timetable, whenever and wherever necessary. No need to swing by the club or sift through potentially outdated paper copies - just log in on any device connected to the internet, and you'll have the entire schedule right at your fingertips. You can also easily display the calendar on your club's reception and lounge TV screens.
Not only does this system make things much more convenient, but it also removes the risk of accidental double bookings. Your members and admin team can stay in the loop at all times, seeing exactly what's booked for the day and any schedule changes in real-time. This prevents mix-ups and results in better coordination overall.
Along with simply checking the calendar, your members and admin can easily book a rink with just a few taps. They can select the specific rink, choose the match type, and more. Club admin can even set up recurring bookings to save time in the future.
Once a booking is confirmed, only club officials and the member who made the reservation can delete it. This way, you can steer clear of squabbles among your members and keep things above board -- no rink stealing allowed!
