Bowlr, the membership and league management system for indoor and outdoor bowls clubs, has been built in modules which can be bolted together to form a complete system to run your club. Clubs with limited budget can begin with the Core System, which will enable them to manage their membership data, organise their leagues and make bookings online. As further budget becomes available and clubs wish to modernise all their administrative functions, extra modules can be purchased and bolted on. The system is fully compliant with the latest GDPR regulations.

Monitoring the financial performance of your bowling club is crucial. With the Accounts module from Bowlr, club management can enter information about takings on the individual rinks. Clubs will also be able to track performance of bookings and easily generate and print reports based on these figures.
Generating competitions for your bowls club couldn’t be simpler with Bowlr. The system can easily generate competitions of 4 or more teams with the first round being randomly allocated. The League Secretary at your club will be able to individually book the games into time slots on the calendar. The Bowlr system allocates the fixtures automatically for subsequent rounds based on the scores entered. This in turn updates the results on the website for all your members to see.
Using the Members Score Input module of the Bowlr system will allow your members to log their match results themselves saving club administrators valuable time and resources as they would normally have to do this.
This module allows bowls club members to make rink bookings online without the need for them to call the club and have your administration team wasting valuable time answering these calls.
In order to book a rink, members log in to a secure area of the club’s website using their log in and password details, but only members who provide an email address can make online bookings.
